Rob Odonnell

Managing Director
 ​ Rob founded Farndon Foods over 16 years ago with the support of Weetabix, Jordans Ryvita, Westlers and Dr Oetker, Rob is a dynamic and results driven business leader with a strong reputation in the UK food industry.

Ian Francis

Commercial Director 
With Over 30 years of experience in food manufacturing and retail, Ian brings experience from large organisations, Nestle, Unilever & Aryzta as well as smaller manufacturers such as the Fabulous Bakin Boys and Food connections. Ian also worked as a consultant for several years with several independent and multinational manufacturers.   Ian covers Sales, Marketing, Purchasing and administration.

Carl Kennedy

Experienced Commercial Manager with a background in High-Risk Food Manufacturing, Technical, Procurement and Sales, a whizz with technology and an eye for detail, an old school master butcher by trade and general foodie. Carl has been with Farndon for 10 years and oversees customers, suppliers, sourcing and developing new products.

Ian Bliss

Finance Director Accountant and business manager, qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1993. Thirty years’ experience both with accounting and taxation but also business owner and property owner. Ian loves a bit of DIY at home and owns holiday rentals in the Peak District. Ian has been with Farndon Foods for 7 years as financial controller providing full company financial support.

Taj Loyal

I've been at Farndon for 3 years now, I look after brands and customers in the channel.

Archie Odonnell

I joined Farndon a year ago to learn the business across all functions, my previous role was in customer service, I work on finance and sales. 

Charlotte Bennett

Experienced Transport & Logistics Office Manager, previous experience at Golden Wonder has given me the skills to manage all aspects of orders through to transport and delivery.

Gemma West

Accounts and finance admin looking after finance for Farndon Foods on a day-to-day basis for the past 14 years ensuring invoices and payments are promptly paid/received.
